With more than 17 years of experience in the securities industry, Raquel has built her
career on disciplined leadership, precision, and strategic oversight within complex
financial environments. Since entering the industry in 2009, she has advanced into
senior leadership roles, earned industry licensure, and currently serves as a Senior
Compliance Officer, Branch Manager, and Registered Representative. In these
capacities, she oversees regulatory supervision, risk management, branch operations,
and client account servicing and oversight within a highly regulated marketplace.
Her expertise sits at the intersection of compliance governance and broker-dealer
operations. Known for steady judgment and analytical discipline, Raquel designs
supervisory frameworks that maintain reliability while enabling responsible growth. She
approaches leadership with structure, clarity, and composure, bringing balance to
navigating the evolving regulatory industry.
Raquel earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of
Criminal Justice, City University of New York (2007), where she developed a foundation
in behavioral analysis and investigative methodology. This academic training continues
to guide her approach to risk assessment, supervisory oversight, and leadership
strategy, grounding her work in systematic evaluation. Raquel is also a published
contributor to psychological research journals. Her academic foundation enhances her
approach to policy development and strategic communication.

Europe, the West Indies, and Central America, along with participation in the IDF Israel
